Raise a red Solo cup

Up to the man who told me I should’ve been a cowboy,

A true patriot made in America

Who showed me what it was like to be solid, steady, and true down to the core.

Who am I? I’m an American soldier,

And everything I believe in is brought to you courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue.

So I raise up my glass and ask you, “How do you like me now?”

I hope I made you proud, beautiful stranger in my heart.

I know Jimmy is happy to see you, and if I was Jesus,

I would say “Let’s have a party!”

So I’ll throw one for you down here, it’s on my list of things to do today

And when I drink to you, I’ll remember how much I love this American ride.
